Representative business and technology achievements during this time include reengineering division infrastructure, teams, processes, and best-practice frameworks to capture reductions in annual IT spend as high as $4.5 million, simplify complex infrastructure, stabilize technology systems, eliminate operating inefficiencies and redundancies, and dramatically improve service delivery.
It was as Vice President and Director of Operations for B|Com3 that Christian first demonstrated his trademark ability to take IT operations from a failing, unappreciated asset to a central part of the corporation and consistent provider of quality core services aligned with business needs. His scope of impact spanned integration of IT operations and teams from more than 20 distinct business units into an emerging shared services center that was so successful it ultimately became the IT foundation for all of Publicis following acquisition of B|Com3.
He began his achievement-rich career in a broad range of progressive management roles. These included Senior Consultant and Information Security thought leader for Sprint Paranet, and Senior Partner/Founder of UpTyme Consulting (management consulting firm with $1+ million revenues). He additionally brings to the table 7 years of executive discipline and leadership success as a decorated officer in the United States Marine Corps.
